Section 20
Right to use for public interest
: (1) In case of any public emergency situation or if it is necessary for the sake of public peace and security, the Government of Nepal or any official authorized by the Government of Nepal for that purpose by sending a written order, any special postal item or He can instruct to stop or settle a particular type of postal item as specified in the same order.
(2) If there is a question whether a public emergency has occurred or whether any work done under sub-section (1) is for the purpose of public peace and security, the certificates issued by the Government of Nepal in this regard shall be considered as evidence.
